How an associate finds you
Nothing here happens without you. The whole path:
You list yourself
Your license, the states you're licensed in, the disciplines you supervise, and whether you're accepting new supervisees right now. That last one is a switch you control.
They search
An associate filters by their state and their discipline and sees the supervisors who are accepting.
They send a request
It names the discipline and the state the supervision is for, and it lands in your queue. You get an email.
You accept or decline
Only after you accept can either of you see anything else. From there you can send them a note, and their reply goes to your inbox.
Listings are self-attested. We don't verify licenses, and every supervisor who matches an associate's filters is shown.
After they connect
One dashboard for your whole caseload
This is where the chasing stops. When a board report comes due you are usually emailing supervisees for numbers and cross-checking supervision totals by hand. Here, your supervisees have already logged the hours, and when a reporting period closes the board report is filled in from them.
A “Needs you now” list
Home opens on the people who need something from you: a board report or an evaluation that's overdue, someone behind on required supervision this month, someone who has stopped logging hours. The most urgent comes first.
Everyone you supervise, in one list
The Supervisees list shows each person's next evaluation, their supervision this month, their hours toward licensure, and what they need from you. Mark someone as a student or an associate and filter by either.
Every due date in one place
The Evaluations page lists what needs doing now and what's coming up in the next six months, for board reports and your own evaluations alike. Oregon's six-month BLSW periods and annual OBLPCT periods are worked out for you. Washington and Florida boards set no interim dates, so the app shows none.
A page for each supervisee
Open anyone to read their logged hours week by week, their progress toward licensure, and their evaluations. You can read their hours but not change them. They see the same numbers, so a supervision session starts from shared facts instead of a spreadsheet neither of you trusts.
The board report itself
When a reporting period closes, open the board report from that supervisee: hours and dates are already filled in from what they logged, and you write the narrative sections and tick the attestations. Filing it freezes the numbers, and it downloads as a PDF. Oregon social work reports fill the board's own BLSW form; other tracks get a summary.
Evaluations
Your own evaluations, on your schedule
A board report is the board's form on the board's calendar. An evaluation is yours: start one whenever you like, and it is never sent to a board.
Score it in one pass
One ready-made form covers clinical, administrative, and professional development. Score each item from 1 to 5 and name a growth edge for each area.
A schedule for each person
Set when each person's next evaluation is due and how often it repeats. You get one email a week listing what's overdue or due, and your supervisee gets a note a week ahead. Either can be turned off.
Ask for a self-rating
Ask your supervisee to rate themselves on the same items. Their scores appear under yours, and the app points out where you differ by two points or more. They don't see your scores.
See who needs support
If someone scores below 3 on two or more items, “Needs support” shows beside their name on Home and the Supervisees list until a later evaluation clears it.
How it works
Create your account
Sign up, confirm your email, and tell us your license, states, and the disciplines you supervise. That's your directory listing, and it takes a couple of minutes.
Supervisees connect to you
Through the directory, an invite code, or an emailed invitation. Every request lands in your queue to accept or decline, and both sides get an email when it changes. Only after you accept can you see their hours.
Open the app when a report's due
Home, the Supervisees list, and the Evaluations page tell you where everyone stands and what's overdue, so you walk into report season already knowing the numbers. Fill the board report from those numbers and download it. You sign it, and it goes to the board through the usual process. The app doesn't submit anything on your behalf.
Works across all three states and all three disciplines
If you supervise clinical social workers, professional counselors, or marriage & family therapists in Oregon, Washington, or Florida, the app already knows the rules for each track (CSWA and LSWAIC and RCSWI, LPC Registered Associate and LMHCA and RMHCI, LMFT Registered Associate and LMFTA and RMFTI), so a mixed caseload lives in one place with the right milestones and reporting cadence per person. Washington and Florida report cumulatively rather than in board windows, so for those supervisees you set the period a report covers.
What the supervisor side costs
You pay only for the students you choose to cover.

for your first 5 students, then $15 per seat per year after that. A seat covers one student's access, so they don't need a subscription of their own.

A few honest notes
- Will this bring me supervisees?
- We can't promise that and we won't. What we can tell you is who is on the other side of it: people using the supervisee side of the app in Oregon, Washington, or Florida, filtering for a supervisor in their state and their discipline. Supervisors listed here have been found that way. Whether it happens for you depends on how many associates are searching in your state, and that is the part we're still building.
- Who built this?
- A CSWA in Oregon tracking his own hours toward LCSW. The supervisee side has been in daily use for a while; the supervisor side is newer and being shaped with the supervisors using it right now.
- What isn't built yet?
- Submitting to your board. You can fill out a board report in the app, file it, and download it as a PDF, but nothing is transmitted to a licensing board and the in-app sign-off is an internal record rather than the board's signature. You sign the PDF, and it reaches the board through the existing process, which in every track we support means your supervisee files it. Sharing an evaluation with your supervisee isn't built either: for now it is your own record. There's also no messaging thread. You can send a supervisee a one-off note from their page, replies land in your email, and that's the whole of it.
- Is the directory verified?
- No. Supervisor directory listings are self-attested, and the app doesn't verify licenses or credentials. Almost Licensed is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any licensing board.
