Almost Licensed is a web app that helps associate-level social workers (CSWAs in Oregon, LSWAICs in Washington) track their clinical hours toward independent licensure (LCSW in Oregon, LICSW in Washington). It replaces spreadsheets and generic trackers with a purpose-built tool that knows each state's board rules.

Users log four numbers each week: total work hours, direct client hours, individual supervision hours, and group supervision hours. The app handles everything else — calculating six-month reporting windows from the user's birth month (Oregon), tracking progress toward state-specific milestones, and generating the numbers needed for board reports.
